A valid passport, Macau or Hong Kong Identity Card should be presented to the receptionist along with Hotel Room Confirmation. A deposit equivalent to the total room accommodation booked and a substantial amount (Minimum of HKD500.00) to cover for incidental charges that may be incurred will be required during registration. You can either make it in cash or have your credit card imprinted. Any remaining cash deposit will be refunded upon check-out.

Early arrivals and late departures

If your arrival is earlier than check-in time and you prefer immediate access to your room, we suggest reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the Hotel. If you choose not to reserve, our concierge staff will be glad to store your bags so that you can go ahead with what you have planned to do while in Macau.
